We are writing to give our customers an update on how we at Fence Outlet are addressing the challenges of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19)

Showrooms:
All Fence Outlet locations with active showrooms have increased the already frequent cleaning and disinfecting of all commonly touched surfaces, including door and drawer handles, bathrooms, computer terminals and showroom displays. We have also made cleaning and sanitizing products available throughout our showrooms for our associates and customers to use. We have consulted and trained our associates about additional sanitizing practices, and we have provided education on good hygiene, hand washing, social distancing, and staying home when sick. We also are asking all associates who are sick to avoid coming to work. The health and safety of our customer and associates are very important to us. Our doors are open for you to visit or visit us online at Fenceoutletonline.com Our team is ready to take all orders by phone or from our website and we are offering curbside deliveries 15 miles or less from our store locations. If you would like to pick up your order but do not want to come inside, just call our office and we will bring your order to your vehicle.

Deliveries:
Delivery personnel have been asked to follow the same protocol. Our delivery drivers have follow a no or minimal contact policy with customers. They will regularly clean commonly touched areas in their trucks, such as steering wheels, dashboards and door latches. We have reminded delivery personnel like our store associates, of good hygiene practices and to stay home if they are sick.

Installations:
All installation personnel have also be consulted and trained on the frequently cleaning and disinfecting of all commonly touched surfaces, such as steering wheels, dashboards and door latches of each installation vehicle. The installation crews have also be consulted on the social distancing practices that should be followed on each and every installation site not only with themselves but also contact with our customers.
